Lynnette Collins is a recognized leader in transformational global talent management and an award-winning champion of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

For 23 years at Amway, Lynnette was a catalyst for innovation in the areas of professional development, performance management, inclusive work cultures, and employee relations. She is passionate about delivering a holistic employee experience – from hire to retire – that fosters an inclusive culture and interrupts diversity barriers, like unconscious bias, in the talent management process.

As Director of Enterprise Talent Development Enablers – D&I, she established Amway’s D&I function and operationalized the company’s first D&I global strategy and programs. In addition, she launched Amway University, a global collaborative learning platform, and formalized the company’s employee relations program.

In her current role as FVP, Diversity & Inclusion at PennyMac, Lynnette partners with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and drive enterprise-wide diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives which are the foundation for behavior change needed to achieve the company strategy.

Lynnette previously worked in other global and corporate roles at Amway, ranging from recruiting and HR consulting to talent development. With a data-driven approach and exceptional interpersonal communication and listening skills, she has a track record of leading complex, large-scale projects with speed, agility, and impact.

Lynnette currently serves on the Board of Directors as an Executive Committee Member of Inforum, the leading professional organization focused on creating strategic connections and accelerating career for women throughout Michigan and the Midwest.
