Our gold-standard implicit bias training is recognized as meeting the Michigan training requirements for healthcare licensure and renewals. For years we have been working with some of the largest Michigan health care providers to improve the effectiveness of healthcare workers by helping them use cultural intelligence to manage bias, improve patient communication, and increase team effectiveness. Recently, the State of Michigan approved us as a preferred vendor in this space.
In June 2021, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) took an important step to address health care disparities and improve equity in the delivery of healthcare to all Michigan residents. LARA has adopted new administrative rules that require implicit bias training as part of the knowledge and skills necessary for the licensure or registration of health care professionals in Michigan.

They will make Michigan safer, healthier, and more just.” – Governor Gretchen Whitmer, State of Michigan
