Dr. Sandra Upton is Vice President, Global Diversity Practices with the Cultural Intelligence Center, and is responsible for providing leadership and expertise on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) matters for CQC clients across the globe. She has over twenty-five years of experience training and consulting with businesses, educational institutions, governmental agencies, and non-profits around the globe. She has led CQC’s response to the growing demand from global companies such as Amway, Starbucks, Steelcase, Hallmark, Fiat-Chrysler, Perrigo, Cintas and institutions and schools like Harvard University, London School of Economics, University of Michigan, Queensland University, Stanford University, Cornell University, Boston Public Schools, Dallas ISD, that are committed to integrating CQ into their diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
Sandra is also the subject matter expert for the Center’s work in unconscious bias and has led the Center’s unconscious bias certification programs across the globe. She is a frequent speaker and consults with numerous businesses and institutions on how to effectively integrate CQ and unconscious bias assessments and training into business and educational settings. She travels frequently and has consulted with organizations and facilitated trainings in places such as Brazil, China, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, South Africa, and several countries throughout Europe.
She and her husband Robert, are the proud (and excited empty-nesters) of two amazing college-aged children, Alexis and Devin.

Anindita’s expertise is in Inclusion, Change Management and Insighting. Anindita is the Director & Practice Head, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, at Renaissance Strategic Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (www.renainet.com). It is a consulting & training company specializing in Change Management. Over the years, Anindita has worked with companies including IBM, Microsoft, Tata Motors, Vodafone, Schaeffler, Syngenta, Merck, Johnson Control, Keva, WN, L&T on various consulting & training projects. She has also worked on global assignments with companies like Unilever & BASF. Anindita is a part of the international team at the Cultural Intelligence Center.
Anindita is a co-founder of Meta4Sight (www.meta4Sight.com), a research-based consultancy that ‘Derives Insights to Drive Influence’. She is globally certified in ZMET®. Anindita also facilitates workshops in the emerging area of Design Thinking & Innovation. She approaches Design thinking through the lens of insighting and leveraging diversity in team composition and structure to generate superior innovation outcomes in teams.
Anindita’s academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Mathematics and an MBA. She did her PhD In Cross-Cultural Management. Anindita loves teaching and has been a visiting faculty at institutions like IIM-Calcutta, IIM-Kozhikode, IMT Ghaziabad and SIIB.

Oluwatoyin Adegbite-Moore “Toyin” is the Executive Director, West Africa for the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance (AVPA), where she manages and facilitates social investment activities and partnerships across diverse social investors who are stakeholders within the public, private and development sectors. Prior to joining AVPA, she founded and managed Sheafam & Tam Limited, an International consultancy firm specializing in organizational development, including business process management, strategic planning, program design, enterprise transformation, change management and culture change for public, private and development sectors in the US and Nigeria.
Toyin has provided project oversight on department audits at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the Petroleum Industry Regulatory Bill through the Facility for Oil Sector Transformation (FOSTER), a Department for International Development (DFID) Program. Her work in strategy development and organizational transformation has led her to work with the Niger Delta Power Holding Company, among others. She has facilitated retreat sessions for the Strategic Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation Departments of ECOWAS through the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. In the United States, Toyin was one of the first AmeriCorps Executive Directors in the nation and also worked as a Consultant on the Youth Grant Project for the Council of Michigan Foundations, the largest grantmaking association in the US. She was the president of the Social Venture Partners Delaware, where she worked with investors focused on Early Care and Education.
Toyin is passionate about youth, women and girls issues as well as nation-building. She is also successful in personal mission to assist others in understanding their talents and uniqueness and motivating them toward professional and personal growth. She is a Salzburg Fellow and was selected in 2019 in the inaugural list of the Top 100 Women CEOs in Africa by Reset Global People in partnership with Pulse and Avance Media. The ranking acknowledges the achievements of Women CEOs across 24 African countries.

Cora Mok is a Manager, DIAN Programmes and Research at Community Business, a not-for-profit organisation that promotes inclusive and responsible business practices in Asia. She focuses on driving thought leadership by developing programmes and resources that help companies navigate critical D&I issues through an Asian lens. She is the author of 2019 Gender Diversity Benchmark for Asia and co-author of Balancing Career and Caregiving in Asia – The Role of Companies.
Prior to joining Community Business, Cora worked in public relations where she developed campaigns to help global companies communicate their purpose to local audiences. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong, where she also received her bachelor’s degree in English Studies and Comparative Literature.
