She provides training, facilitates organizational discussions, and delivers keynotes on Diversity, inclusion, organization cultural change, leadership, employee engagement, wellbeing, and various other aspects of how to create a thriving workforce.

Bernadette is an Associate Facilitator of Cultural Intelligence and is responsible for Barts Health Trust’s extensive Cultural Intelligence rollout program.
