How does cultural intelligence (CQ) intersect with talent management and recruiting, selection, and hiring? In May, Indeed.com delivered an amazing conference, Indeed Interactive, in Austin, Texas where they encouraged conference goers to search for greatness. A major theme of the conference was inclusion and diversity. Kristin Ekkens, our Director of Corporate Partnerships, was part of a panel “Defining and Developing a Diverse & Inclusive Company Culture”. The conversation centered on creating team and organizational cultures that engage and retain top diverse talent. CQ plays a major role!

Thank you to Donna DeBerry of Indeed.com who was an incredible moderator and host! And thank you to Tara Galvin of Comcast and Bernard C. Coleman III of  Uber who shared their expertise and stories.
