The CQ Center is partnering with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB), the world’s premier Business School Accrediting Body.
This fall the CQ Center’s Vice President of Educational Initiatives, Dr. Sandra Upton, will be facilitating virtual trainings with AACSB staff members from Tampa, Singapore, and Amsterdam to teach staff how to manage unconscious biases in the workplace. In a business world that is increasingly connected, the AACSB understands that it is imperative for those working cross-culturally to understand and manage their unconscious biases.
During these trainings, AACSB staff members will explore their individual biases, as well as the systemic bias present in standard organizational practices, processes, and policies. One of the primary goals of the trainings is that the AACSB staff members leave the workshops with culturally intelligent strategies for disrupting bias in their individual lives and with members and business school partners. The AACSB works with over 1,700 member organizations and more than 800 accredited business schools worldwide.
We are honored to come alongside and support them in their ongoing commitment to quality assurance and high standards of excellence, both with their partners and staff.
