Speaker Bios

Linn Van Dyne
Linn Van Dyne, PhD oversees ongoing research on cultural intelligence and is responsible for developing the long-term strategy for the CQ Center. Linn is also responsible for providing strategic multicultural expertise and guidance for our clients, partners, and for the CQ Center. Linn is one of the pioneering researchers on cultural intelligence and worked together with Soon Ang PhD to validate the CQ Scale. She retired as Full Professor at Michigan State University where she taught and conducted research for 26 years. She has also taught at the University of Minnesota and has served as a Visiting Scholar at Indian School of Business and as Senior Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Tina Kessel
As Manager of Design and Brand, Tina Kessel is responsible for overseeing the core program materials that support our workshops, certifications, and other instructor-led events. She also guides the overall “look and feel” of the company brand. Her keen eye for design and attention to detail ensure the quality of our products and inform the strategy for how components of our global trainings work together. Tina graduated from Calvin College, having studied engineering, and brings a flair for systematic organization and process implementation to the team. Originally from Florida, she’s partial to the sunshine and enjoys camping and traveling with her husband and dog, as well as a good home improvement project.

Devon Sanabria
Devon M. Sanabria is the Public Events Manager at the Cultural Intelligence Center, where she expertly combines her passion for meaningful connections with her dynamic leadership skills to create impactful events. With years of experience in management, Devon has built a reputation for fostering inclusive engagement, operational excellence, and team collaboration. In her current role, Devon leverages her creativity and strategic thinking to ensure each event is thoughtfully designed and executed. Her commitment to providing exceptional experiences shines through her ability to lead with both vision and attention to detail. Devon is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, further enhancing her skill set to continue driving innovative solutions in event management. A proud mother to her daughter Daviana, Devon finds inspiration in balancing her professional dedication with her passion for family, travel, and creating lasting memories. She remains deeply committed to personal and professional growth, leading by example in everything she does.
