The CQ® Your Bias virtual workshop takes a non-polarizing, cultural approach to understanding implicit bias, unconscious bias, and explicit bias.
Duration: 4 Hours
Format: Virtual
Cultural diversity can be found around the world as well as within our own communities. Each person’s different cultural background and life experiences can lead to unconscious bias. Since we all have biases, this workshop teaches you how to recognize your own bias and that in policies and systems around you. The workshop also includes strategies for managing that bias to improve your interactions with others.
The CQ® Your Bias virtual workshop will elevate your professional and personal life by providing you with an in-depth understanding of implicit bias (often called unconscious bias) and explicit bias.
The CQ Assessment measures your ability to work and relate across global cultures by measuring skills in four distinct areas. It is the starting point of your CQ journey and gives you a benchmark from which to improve your effectiveness.
A guide book with activities and strategy information to complement the workshop.
A digital copy of the book that shares insights on the author’s travels to countries with different norms and traditions.
A 15-minute e-learning introduction on how to manage bias.
A self-paced, in-depth digital course that helps you gain understanding of implicit bias (often called unconscious bias) and explicit bias. This digital course teaches you how to manage your bias and interactions with the people around you.

Now, more than ever, companies have teams that face challenges due to being multicultural or multigenerational. Teams with Cultural Intelligence can work past these differences and thrive.
We have gathered a collection of Cultural Intelligence team pieces written by social scientist, speaker, author, and CQC co-founder Dr. David Livermore. This manual will help you and your team start their CQ journeys.
