CQ Corporate Partners Brainstorm at Harvard

Last month in our first ever invite-only CQ Collective, we asked some of our key partners—including Amway Global, The Coca Cola Company, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, iRobot, Novartis, Qatar Airways, Sidra Medicine, and Spectrum Health—to brainstorm and describe what culturally intelligent teams look like. Using design thinking techniques, the group agreed on the following key components:

  • Agility
  • Inclusiveness and belonging
  • Collective Success
  • Empathy
  • Collaboration
  • Innovation

What strategies are you using to increase the cultural intelligence of your teams? Experiential learning? Inclusiveness and Belonging champions? Crucial conversations? How do you focus on the collective success of your team and make sure all voices are heard?

If you need some strategic guidance and tools, we are happy to help! Contact us to get started.

    The CQ Team Packet

Now, more than ever, companies have teams that face challenges due to being multicultural or multigenerational. Teams with Cultural Intelligence can work past these differences and thrive.

We have gathered a collection of Cultural Intelligence team pieces written by social scientist, speaker, author, and CQC co-founder Dr. David Livermore. This manual will help you and your team start their CQ journeys.
