Tiffin University continues to work towards increasing CQ across campus. They will kick off 2020 with a large scale Developing Cultural Intelligence workshop for more than 290 staff and faculty.
Dr. Sandra Upton will be back at the university to facilitate the all-day workshop, after having certified a handful of faculty members last summer. It helps that one of the key CQ champions is Dr. Lillian Schumacher, President of Tiffin University. She notes that CQ fits perfectly with TU’s “Celebrating Cultural Uniqueness” Initiative, an effort to ensure that all TU students graduate as globally competent individuals who can engage and work with others who are different from them.
Developing culturally intelligent faculty and staff is a significant part of making this a reality. We are thrilled to see our partnership grow with Tiffin in 2020 and beyond!
