As conversations about culture continue to intensify, the Cultural Intelligence Center reaffirms its long-standing mission to help individuals, teams, and team leaders use the power of cultural intelligence to interact effectively with people who have different cultural backgrounds.

For over 20 years, we have focused on assessing and enhancing Cultural Intelligence (CQ®)—the capability to function effectively in multicultural contexts. CQ facilitates leadership, decision-making, communication, trust, collaboration, and innovation in teams and organizations.

The Cultural Intelligence Center has always supported DEI efforts, although we do not offer DEI-specific training, anti-racism, or racial bias training. Our focus on Cultural Intelligence is relevant to people of all backgrounds.

We remain committed to empowering individuals, leaders, and teams with the skills they need to thrive in any environment. The future belongs to those who can navigate complexity with intelligence, adaptability, and cultural intelligence.
