It’s amazing what happens when some of the brightest minds and greatest champions of cultural intelligence come together for two days. The energy and passion were hardly contained! Thank you to Harvard University for hosting for the second year in a row and your ongoing commitment to our partnership!
The CQ Collective is an invite-only event that the Cultural Intelligence Center started in 2018 to bring together clients and partners from around the world who are actively implementing Cultural Intelligence. The purpose of the CQ Collective is to come together and share best practices for building Culturally Intelligent organizations. Attendees represented 25 organizations from around the globe. As expected, we had a very active and vocal group from various segments and industries, including the Department of Defense, higher education, health care, technology, among others.
This year, we focused on buy-in, integration, and impact. Presenters from QUT Business School, Cornell University, University of Michigan, Nelson Mandela University, Qatar Airways, and Spectrum Health showed us how they are leading the way gaining buy-in, integrating CQ into leadership and throughout the employee life cycle, and seeing an impact on business results. The recurring theme was clear; Cultural Intelligence can be developed, cultivated, and grown.
