The CQ Center is excited to partner with South Africa’s #1 business school, the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), to offer a comprehensive CQ Programme on campus. This three-day programme will engage GIBS faculty, professional associates, and other stakeholders through a series of events, kicking off with a keynote presentation on 4 December: The Business Case for CQ in South Africa, by Dr. Sandra Upton, VP of Educational Initiatives at the CQ Center. The day will end with CQ: What It Is and Why It Matters, an introductory workshop on the research behind the CQ model and framework. Participants will learn strategies for teaching CQ in the classroom to effectively engage with diverse student populations.
On 5-6 December, a select group of faculty and professional associates will participate in a Level 1 CQ In-House Certification Programme. This two-day accreditation certifies participants to debrief the CQ Multi-Rater Assessment and will include a strategy session to discuss integrating CQ on campus and with corporate partners. The In-House CQ Certification Programme is open to the business professionals across South Africa.
