THE CULTURALLY INTELLIGENT LEADER

Cultural Intelligence or CQ is what gives leaders the skills and confidence to effectively lead diverse teams.

Background

As the gold standard in the cross-cultural training space, the Cultural Intelligence Center has designed the Culturally Intelligent Leader Program to help organizations develop high potential and emerging leaders and equip them with the right knowledge, strategies, and tools to successfully lead in any culturally diverse context.

WHY IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS?

This program is not a training module. It is a developmental program that provides the next generation leaders with skills to effectively lead diverse stakeholders domestically and globally.

Prior to joining the program, candidates are typically sponsored and supported by a leader in their organization.
