Scott Muska

Client Consultant

Cultural Intelligence Center

After playing and coaching collegiate basketball, as well as, coaching
professionally for almost a decade, Scott first stepped foot into the private sector at Rock Financial/Quicken Loans. Over his 14-year journey there he helped grow and scale the organization from a small family-sized local lender to a mortgage juggernaut. Scott took on a wealth of different responsibilities over his tenure from sales production, training, operations, and executive leadership all while learning from and working alongside some of the best financial minds of this generation to help the company become the number one residential lender in America.

Scott then turned his focus to the Private Equity space by first assisting start-ups with sales process creation and development. From there, he started a Sales Coaching platform called Skillo with three partners and realized a successful exit. From there he was Head of Revenue at another start up called Built Technologies and helped that organization reach a billion dollar valuation to realize Unicorn Status.

Since leaving Private Equity in the formal sense, he has spent his time consulting and acting in a fractional capacity with various organizations helping them solve a multitude of business challenges and helping them meet and exceed their potential.

Besides serving as a Board Trustee at Rochester Christian University, Scott loves serving his community, helping those he comes in contact with to be more, do more and ultimately have more, as well as, spending time with his family and smoking meat in the backyard.
