Participants complete online assessments and receive personalized feedback reports that compare their CQ with the worldwide norms, map their cultural value preferences, help them interpret the feedback, and guide them through the creation of a personal development plan. Program administrators have the opportunity to receive group reports that summarize scores for an overall group of participants, teaching resources to help guide teaching of CQ and Cultural Values, and the option to use a blended learning approach by utilizing one of our online learning courses.
