After the successful completion of a pilot project with DLSENO, the Department of Defense has contracted with the Cultural Intelligence Center to administer the CQ assessment as a pre-post measurement across several cultural training programs. The assessment will be used to evaluate which CQ capabilities are improved by the respective programs and to provide insights on ways to further improve the programs. In addition, the project will involve a rigorous process of developing and validating a customized version of the CQ assessments for use in military contexts.
