With over 1500 CQ Certified professionals all around the world, there are many ways that Cultural Intelligence is being used by organizational leaders, consultants, coaches, and learning and development professionals. We are always impressed by the creativity and unique approach that people take when they share Cultural Intelligence with their teams and audiences. One that caught our attention this week was Wilbur Sargunaraj; he is a speaker, musician, and CQ Facilitator. Wilbur was certified in CQ at our public certification in Kuala Lumpur in 2016.
