Mike Knox
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
- Serial entrepreneur who has founded or co-founded six businesses, raised millions of dollars in investment capital, and conducted business development in North America, Mexico, South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe
- Two decades of experience in international program development, nonprofit management, and organisational operations

Cortney Schaefer
Vice President, Finance and Operations

- Over 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Oversees financial strategy, operational execution, and global technology delivery systems, ensuring the business infrastructure supports not just growth, but mission-aligned impact

Prudence Anguilm
Manager, Client Experience and Business Operations
- Bachelors Degree in Communication from Lake Superior State University
- Masters in Business Administration in Human Resource Management from AIU
- Over seven years of experience in non-profit and public housing, grant-based programs, emergency shelter/housing, and social service programs
- Oversees the systems and processes that support CQC’s delivery and internal operations
- Holds positions on several boards for veterans, youth, minority populations, disabilities, and housing services
- Proud member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians

Brandon Gamble
Director, IT and Software Development
- Leads the maintenance and development of the learning portal, website, and the company’s internal IT infrastructure
- Holds degrees in graphic design, applied science, and two in computer information systems
- Experience with major organisations such as Raytheon and AT&T
- Servant-leader who fulfills his role as manager by empowering and enabling his teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance both internal operations and client experiences
