About This Webinar
How do we thrive when we work in a world of difference, pressure is high and collaboration really matters? Cultural Intelligence (CQ) – the capability to work effectively across cultural differences – is increasingly recognised as a critical leadership skill in complex, diverse organisations. Yet many leaders underestimate the extent to which culture shapes behaviour, decision-making and relationships at work, often assuming personality or “fit” are the primary drivers. In this webinar, we’ll share real life examples of what happens when Cultural Intelligence is treated as a strategic lever for engagement, performance and wellbeing within the NHS – one of the largest and most diverse employers in the world. While the context is healthcare, the learning is universal.
