Evaluating an Intensive Program to Increase Cultural Intelligence: A Quasi-Experimental Design

Uses a rigorous pre- post- design to compare changes in CQ scores for those in an experimental group (involving a cultural learning course and study abroad) with those in a control group. Results demonstrated significant increases in Cognitive CQ, Metacognitive CQ, and Behavioral CQ for those in the experimental group compared to the control group. Motivational CQ did not change significantly.
