Everyone engages with people who have different backgrounds. This workshop helps people develop more effective cross-cultural connections, and improved personal and professional relationships.

You Will Receive:

2 Hour Virtual Workshop

Understanding the CQ model, the four key CQ capabilities, and their subdimensions. Examples of how to enhance Cultural Intelligence (CQ) based on peer-reviewed research and practical application of CQ. Break out groups discuss real-world application applied to a case study.

CQ Assessment and Feedback Report

The CQ Assessment measures your ability to work and relate across culture by measuring four distinct skills (motivation, knowledge, planning and checking, and flexibility). Understanding the CQ model is the starting point of your CQ journey and gives you a benchmark from which to improve your effectiveness.

What's Your CQ?

Participant Guide. A guide book that describes the valuable outcomes of CQ, including testimonials from customers. Practical explanations of how professionals, teams, and leaders apply each of the four CQ capabilities and specific examples of how to improve each of the capabilities. Reflection questions to guide you in creating a CQ Action plan for using your CQ strengths and strengthening your weaker CQ capabilities.

CQ Starter Introductory Digital Course

This short micro-learning course introduces cultural intelligence through a combination of videos and interactive activities. You will learn what CQ is, why it matters, and what to do next on your journey toward cultural intelligence.

Applying CQ: Using CQ in Everyday Life Digital Course

This e-learning provides compelling explanations of why we need Cultural Intelligence in our everyday life and how the CQ model can be applied at work, school, or in life.

Full payment is due upon registration and is non-refundable. However, we will allow a registrant the one-time option to transfer their registration to another available session within one calendar year, so long as written (email) notice is provided to the CQ Center 5 days prior to the workshop start date. If a registrant provides less than 5 days’ notice of a transfer request, an administrative fee of $100 USD will be assessed.

If a registrant fails to attend a workshop and no notice is provided before the workshop starts, that individual will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop session 30 days out. Full refunds will be given if we do so.
