MyUB: Managing Bias with Cultural Intelligence is a robust 1-hour course on using CQ to identify and manage various types of bias. Designed to prepare participants to address and challenge bias immediately. This is a research-based course on how to effectively manage bias with cultural intelligence. The course can be used as a stand-alone course or as part of a blended learning approach.

No assessment is required to complete this course.

  • Recognize bias in self and others
