The Implicit Bias in Healthcare Self-Paced Masterclass – 2 HR is a 2-hour virtual program. It includes six modules of online discussions about implicit bias in health care, and a 1-hour recorded facilitator-led discussion on the sources of implicit bias, and how to manage and mitigate bias, with a focus on health care settings. Both activities can be completed as your schedule allows.

Take an Implicit Bias assessment at the very beginning of the program to establish a baseline. Retake the assessment after you have completed your training to compare the two scores to show learning has taken place.
