Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
The content for both programs is the same, but of course the experience is different. The virtual option is ideal for those who are unable to travel, have limited time or prefer virtual learning environments. The virtual program also attracts participants from all over the world. The in-person option, as a slightly longer program (1.5 days per course), allows for deeper discussions throughout and a more flexible approach to the activities in accordance with the group’s needs and preferences, as well as refreshments and in a good quality venue. In-person programs attract local audiences but also those traveling from other regions and countries – it is not atypical that multinational organizations will use the program as a team-building opportunity. The in-person option has a slightly higher cost to account for the added offerings.
The program is recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for continuing education credits (CEUs). The scientifically validated CQ framework is recognized by organizations worldwide, and the programs equip you to administer tools which have been rigorously and extensively researched.
The program language is English, but the assessments are available in some other major world languages such as French, German, Spanish and Chinese.

Yes, you have the option to pay in two or four equal instalments, with the first payable on registration. Select the option you prefer on sign-up.
Yes. On registration, please provide the contact information of the person paying for the program and we will ensure that the invoice is sent to them.
We offer discounts depending on what and when you purchase. Save 5% with our early bird discount (valid until 45 days prior to event date) on the CQ Certification and Train-the-Trainer programs when you book separately, save 10% if you book the programs together, and enjoy both discounts if you book both programs together and more than 45 days prior. Please note discounts are only available on our $595 programs when booked as part of a bundle.
No. Your certification is valid for life, but you are always welcome to refresh your skills on one of our Certification refresher programs.
You will join an expanding community of approximately 3,000 facilitators around the world. Additionally, you will have access to CQ Center team members in the US, UK and EU, who can help you with purchases, additional program information and any questions you may have about CQ in general or your work as a facilitator; you can also join a private LinkedIn group exclusively for our facilitator community. We also organize events for facilitators which you will be welcome to join.
You will receive a hard copy of the certificate either on the day of the program or shortly afterwards by mail. The same certificate and your digital badge(s) will be sent to you via email once you have completed the program.
Although the slide decks and the many other materials we provide for you may not be amended in any way, you are welcome to create your own to complement the work you do with your colleagues or clients. We ask that these do not feature the CQ Center logo and can be clearly differentiated from our materials.
