Evaluating an Intensive Program to Increase Cultural Intelligence: A Quasi-Experimental Design

Using a rigorous study design this paper demonstrates that a nine-week inter-cultural development program on CQ significantly increased cognitive, metacognitive, and behavioral CQ scores while scores of those in a control group did not increase.
