Born and raised in Michigan (USA) with 20+ years of experience in Client Service Leadership and Sales Leadership in the finance and insurance industries, including entrepreneurship, my focus is leading professionals as people first. I have a proven track record of success in client solutions and team leadership.
Cultural differences and similarities have always been front of mind for me. Bringing teams and organizations and their staff together to perform and relate at their highest and best is what I strive toward with every client.
I have completed years of professional cultural competence work in my prior field which has brought me here to The Cultural Intelligence Center. My training here helps me position clients for their best outcomes to build culturally fluid organizations and teams.
