This submission portal is designed exclusively for you to share your recent projects, initiatives, books, or anything else related to CQ. We’re eager to celebrate your efforts and gain insight into the innovative ways CQ is being applied around the world.

I was born and raised in Montenegro, and I hold academic credentials from institutions in various countries, including Bocconi University (Italy), Skema Business School (France), and the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). I am a CQ Certified Facilitator who speaks Montenegrin, English, and Italian.

My vision is to empower individuals and organizations not only to embrace diversity but to thrive through it, leveraging the power of Cultural Intelligence. My passion is combining my lived experience and expertise to help others achieve equity and belonging and build a future on the pillars of psychological safety, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and secure expressing themselves openly.

Quinton Pretorius

Quinton is a compelling and thought-provoking facilitator and speaker who taps into his extensive experience in the corporate and NGO sectors, both locally and abroad, to engage with his audiences on issues of diversity, equity & inclusion, interpersonal communication, and personal potential development.
