How Culturally Intelligent Communication Can
Supercharge Your Workplace

This complimentary one-hour webinar will focus on enhancing team leadership and culturally relevant communication strategies, including effective communication with AI.

Effective communication is a vital skill, whether at home or at work. The ability to connect well with anyone, whatever their background, is a superpower that helps build trust, enhance problem-solving, and reduce conflict.

In this session, our panel of experts are looking forward to sharing why Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the key that allows people to do just that. This webinar is for anyone looking to improve communications with colleagues or improve team leadership.

We will also be discussing how CQ is a fantastic framework for effective organisation-wide communication strategies that are culturally relevant and personalised. And finally, we will be sharing insights on the vital role of CQ when it comes to communicating with AI.

Speakers

Polly Collingridge

General Manager, Cultural Intelligence Centre UK

Polly Collingridge heads up business development at the Cultural Intelligence Centre UK. She has extensive knowledge of the variety of challenges experienced by our UK clients across all sectors and a deep understanding of customised CQ training as a solution.

Although Polly was born and (mostly) raised in London, she knows what it is to cross national cultures herself, having lived in Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ireland and the USA. This may be why she is so passionate about all things intercultural, and the role of CQ in helping us work towards a more inclusive society in which we all understand ourselves, and each other, a little better.

As well as being a CQ Certified Facilitator, Polly holds degrees in Cross-Cultural Psychology and Italian/Spanish.
