Implicit Bias in Healthcare: Workshop Delivery and Licensing

The Implicit Bias In Healthcare: Workshop Delivery and Licensing program teaches participants how to facilitate the CQ® Center’s Implicit Bias in Healthcare Workshop, a highly interactive workshop which draws upon research-based findings to apply Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) to identify and manage implicit bias in the healthcare field. This workshop focusses on both colleague-to-colleague situations as well as professional-to-patient concerns. Program participants learn how to teach a set of strategies for minimizing the effect of bias, as well as how to create an action plan for using CQ® to manage implicit bias.

Prerequisite: CQ® Certification and CQ® Your Bias: Workshop Delivery and Licensing courses
