CQ Certification Refresher is an opportunity to attend the CQ Certification course again at a fraction of the price while realizing all of the benefits of being CQ certified.
Event Overview:
This program introduces you to the research and history behind the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) model and why it matters. As part of the pre-certification work, you complete the CQ 360 Assessment. During Certification, you will learn how to effectively debrief assessment Feedback Reports. In addition, you get a full set of research-based strategies for helping others improve their CQ.
Course registration closes 14 days prior to the event start date or before if space is filled.
