Event Overview:
Our Enhancing Team Leadership with Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) Workshop goes beyond providing general leadership advice and instead focuses on actionable strategies for enhancing leadership and the effectiveness of diverse teams based on the four CQ capabilities: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action.
Participants must complete the Developing CQ workshop before attending the Enhancing Team Leadership With CQ workshop.
Prerequisite: CQ Certification
Course registration closes 14 days prior to the event start date or before if space is filled.
Course Objectives:
- Certify and equip CQ Certified Facilitators to facilitate a specific CQ workshop.
- Provide opportunities for participants to practice explaining slides from a specific workshop (Developing CQ, CQ for Teams, Enhancing Team Leadership, CQ for Educators, etc.).

Train-the-Trainer Part A: Foundations is no longer a requirement to attend any CQ® Facilitation Essentials (formerly Train-the-Trainer Part B) programs.
Our newly structured, 5-hour program is more focused, affordable, and designed to provide you with the hands-on experience needed to confidently facilitate the Enhancing Team Leadership with CQ® Workshop.
We strongly recommend completing the CQ® Certification Refresher if you earned your certification more than six months ago. This will help you refamiliarize yourself with the core concepts of Cultural Intelligence before attending CQ® Facilitation Essentials: Enhancing Team Leadership with CQ®.
