What participants will learn
Their CQ
Percentile scores, compared with worldwide norms, for overall CQ and the four capabilities: CQ Drive, CQ Knowledge, CQ Strategy, and CQ Action, with 13 sub-dimensions and what each score means.
Their behavioral preferences
Where they fall on ten preferences, such as how they approach time, decisions, and communication. No preference is right or wrong.
Their next steps
A practical next step for each capability, and a development plan for the next four and eight weeks that they can download and keep.

If a participant chooses, AI uses their scores and a few short answers about their role to write feedback and next steps that fit their situation. It is optional. Names and email addresses are never sent, and AI-written sections are clearly labeled.
Do participants have to use the AI feedback?
No. It is optional. If a participant opts out, their report includes standard guidance for every result. How we use AI in the report.
Is this the same report as the CQ® Standard Assessment?
Yes. It is the same assessment and the same interactive report. CQ® Pro adds tools for giving it to a group.
How long can participants access their report?
Participants have lifetime access to their report and development plan, and they can download both to keep.
