Surveys 167 public and private school leaders in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE, to test and validate the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Scale in a new sector and location, finding a high overall level of CQ among school leaders and confirming that the 20 items fall into the same four-component structure (knowledge, strategy, motivation, and behavior) as conceptually conceived.
