How Our Products Work

We have two types of products- products designed for Individuals, and products designed for Organizations.

When you purchase a product designed for an Individual:

You will receive an activation code to redeem in our Learning Portal to consume a product on your own- there is no need to set up an Organization or a Program, and only you have access to any of your feedback reports.

When you make a purchase of an Organization-based product:

You will receive a license to set up a program in our learning portal.

Creating a program is easy.

  1. Register at our learning portal: CQCenter.com
  2. Create an Organization – this is a container for redeeming and distributing any purchases you make here at CulturalQ.com.
  3. After creating an Organization, you can redeem the Activation Code you receive after your purchase. This will activate a License in your Organization that contains the materials you purchased.
  4.  Create a Program using a License you have purchased and redeemed. You can invite as many people to your program as you have available seats in your License.
  5. You can also create multiple programs! For example, if you purchased 20 seats of the CQ Pro Assessment, and you want to 2 groups of 10 people each to take the assessment, you can create 2 programs, each holding ten people.
  6. The last step is inviting people to your program- we call them participants.

Once the participant accepts their invitation, they are free to complete their assessment or e-learning and view their feedback report.

You, as the Program Administrator, can view invitation acceptance, assessment completion, and download participants’ feedback reports right from your Program Dashboard.
