                  Lucy Butters FRSA
Master Facilitator, Cultural Intelligence Center
Lucy Butters founded Elembee Ltd in 2010 and provides training and coaching which supports and enhances international effectiveness and inclusion.
Lucy is a Master Trainer with the Cultural Intelligence Centre and a CQ Fellow, an elite CQ certification.
A bespoke approach brings Lucy in front of many audiences, ranging from students to Boards and everything in between. Universities, NHS and Engineering companies are a sample of recent clients.
A qualified trainer one of Lucy’s passions is working with trainers and facilitators to develop and enhance their CQ training capability.
Previously she worked for the British Council in international cultural relations roles linked with developing and implementing strategy to support the international ambitions of universities in Scotland. On a personal level Lucy is the mother of triplet boys who are a constant reminder of the need to adjust her thinking, actions and expectations.

Outside of work, she is a proud University of Michigan alum, a mentor to emerging professionals, and a devoted mom to her daughter, Morgan.
