Clarifies the interpretation of the holistic CQ factor in the bi-factor model of CQ and compares the bi-factor model four-factor and single factor models. Demonstrates that the holistic factor predicts observer-rated intercultural task performance and that metacognitive CQ and behavioral CQ explain additional variance in task performance above and beyond the holistic factor.
