CQ Pro Assessment & Group Report – CF

Measure an individual’s ability to work and engage effectively across cultures.

The CQ® Pro Assessment measures your participants’ ability to work and relate across global cultures by measuring skills in four distinct areas. It also includes a valuable analysis of their behavioral preferences. It is the starting point of their CQ® journey and gives them a benchmark from which to improve their effectiveness. The addition of the Group Report provides insight into how your group functions as a whole.

This product is only usable by CQ® Certified facilitators.

You Receive:

A 12-month license including the following administrator resources

Additional Administrator Resource Information:

Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ® Assessment or Behavioral Preferences Profile results of participants. A minimum of 10 completed assessments is required to generate the group report.

Your Participants Receive:

An invitation to complete the assessment and lifetime access to their personal feedback report

Additional Information about the CQ® Pro Assessment & Feedback Report:

The CQ® Pro Assessment measures:

  • CQ® Drive: Level of interest, persistence, and confidence during multicultural interactions.
  • CQ® Knowledge: Understanding of how cultures are similar and different.
  • CQ® Strategy: Awareness and ability to plan for multicultural interactions.
  • CQ® Action: Ability to adapt when relating and working in multicultural contexts.

In addition, the CQ Pro Assessment provides mapping of a person’s 10 behavioral preferences:

  2. Low vs. High Power Distance
  3. Low vs. High Uncertainty Avoidance
  4. Cooperative vs. Competitive
  5. Short Term vs. Long Term
  6. Direct vs. Indirect

  • The CQ® Pro Assessment is available in English, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, Simplified Chinese, French, and German
  • The CQ® Pro Feedback Report is available in English.
