Understand how Cultural Intelligence (CQ) empowers individuals and organizations to thrive and communicate across generational differences.

We invite you to our next complimentary webinar, CQ Across Generations. In today’s work world, there are five generations, with a sixth coming soon, all working side by side. While some are getting ready to finish their careers, others are navigating or entering a chaotic, rapidly changing global work landscape. In this 60-minute live event, we will explore how Cultural Intelligence (CQ) enables individuals to work across generational differences to build authentic communication and collaborative teams.

The CQ Center’s own Benjamin Krzywicki (Marketing Manager) will be joined by Buhle Dlamini (Master Facilitator of Cultural Intelligence), and Dr. Maggie Mahoney (Director of Global Engagement, University of Houston Institute for Global Engagement) for this discussion.

By the end of this session, participants will gain insights into:

  • How CQ helps bridge generational gaps in the workplace.
  • Why CQ is essential throughout every stage of your career.
  • How technology proficiency and enthusiasm vary across generations.
