We invite you to our next complimentary webinar, Navigating Global Uncertainty with CQ. In this 60-minute live event, we will explore how Cultural Intelligence (CQ) empowers individuals to respond to uncertainty, embrace change, and unlock the human edge that soft skills provide. Participants will gain insight into the vital role of CQ in today’s world, reflect on their personal reasons for developing CQ, and walk away with simple, actionable ways to help develop their own CQ.

The CQ Center’s own Iva Peruničić (General Manager, Europe and Middle East) will be joined by Quinton Pretorius (Associate Facilitator of Cultural Intelligence), and Sharon Lim (Principal Director, Cultural Compass LLC) for this discussion.

By the end of this session, participants will gain insights into:

  • The critical role of CQ in responding to global uncertainty
  • Practical strategies for leveraging CQ when facing change
  • Why CQ is a key soft skill versus a technical skill
  • How to find their own personal ‘why’ for developing and applying CQ.
