How
Two-day in-person CQ Train-the Trainer training
What
Train individuals to lead their own faith-based workshops for Christian organizations throughout North America, including churches, schools, denominations, church-planting networks, parachurch ministries, etc. This unique, first of its kind event specifically focused on Christian trainers will include certification as a faith-based trainer by the CQ® Center.

Instructors
Dr. Harry Li
Harry Li, PhD, is the Senior Pastor of Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas, where he has served for over twenty years. He has a heart for bringing some thirty nations together, and building a unique church amongst a multi-ethnic, economically diverse group of people in an under-resourced, urban setting. As a Senior Consultant with the Mosaix Global Network and a CQ Certified Facilitator with the Cultural Intelligence Center, he loves assisting organizations to become more culturally relevant, by providing balanced analytical insight from demographic data and an understanding of cultural shifts and values.
Dr. Graham McKeague
Graham McKeague is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) facilitator focused on providing CQ training for churches and nonprofit organizations. He has over 12 years of experience in higher education leadership including dean of the professional & graduate studies division of Cornerstone University. For the past 8 years Graham has taught intercultural ministry courses at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Originally from Northern Ireland, Graham now lives near Grand Rapids, MI with his wife and two kids. He is a CQ® certified trainer with Mosaix.
Dr. Janine Allen
Dr. Janine Allen, EdD, is a CQ Consultant and Master Facilitator with extensive experience developing diverse work teams across the globe. Included in her experience is over 20 years in higher education leading multicultural teams and developing transnational partnerships in Indonesia, Peru, South Africa, China, Australia, Israel, South Korea, and New Zealand. Raised in New Mexico in a multiethnic family and amongst multiple indigenous tribal groups has given Janine a passion for cultural engagement and equity. Always a learner and a connector, Janine’s relational approach is a key element in her facilitation and executive coaching with executive leaders, managers, and with practitioners.
