Thank you for joining us in Chicago for 2024 GQ Global Summit. Joel Francis served as Master of Ceremonies and opened the summit with a welcome address. The event featured several presentations, including a keynote address by David Livermore, PhD, co-founder of the Cultural Intelligence Center. Other presentations covered topics such as debriefing new percentile feedback reports, making the case for CQ, and the relationship between CQ and employee well-being. Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in a game show, testing their knowledge about CQ – and some pop culture topics – for a prize. 

The second day of the summit started with a session moderated by Linn Van Dyne, CEO of the Cultural Intelligence Center, discussing how the CQ assessment complements other measurement tools. The next session, moderated by Keyla Waslawski, Senior Vice President of the Cultural Intelligence Center, was a panel discussion featuring CQ success stories from different types of organizations. The summit also featured segment-specific breakout sessions, where CQ certified facilitators led discussions on the challenges and opportunities they have experienced in specific segments. This was followed with a session led by David Livermore, PhD, and Linn Van Dyne, PhD, who reviewed the most interesting recent research and practical applications of Cultural Intelligence. The summit concluded with breakout sessions, including a discussion of new and upcoming solutions offered by the Cultural Intelligence Center to support CQ practitioners around the world, and a panel discussion on implementing CQ as part of organizations’ diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) programs.
