Our Founders

Dr. David Livermore and Dr. Linn Van Dyne co-founded the Cultural Intelligence Center with a shared mission: to empower individuals and organizations to thrive in an increasingly diverse world through the science of Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Their pioneering research, including the development and validation of the CQ Scale, laid the groundwork for CQ as a globally recognized framework for navigating cultural complexity.
