Track 1: For Aspiring CQ Facilitators

A very special CQ Certification led by two global CQ authorities (1.5 days, starting morning of Day 1):

  • Dr. Linn Van Dyne. Dr. Van Dyne is the CEO and founder of the Cultural Intelligence Center and professor emeritus at Michigan State University. Dr. Van Dyne was a co-author of the original CQ scale and has authored many articles and books about Cultural Intelligence. View bio.
  • Dr. David Livermore. Dr. Livermore is a founder of the Cultural Intelligence Center , Research Professor at Questrom’s School of Business at Boston University, and a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is an author of several books on Cultural Intelligence and a well-known speaker on the subject. View bio.

CQ Train-the-Trainer (1.5 Days, starting afternoon of Day 2):

  • Facilitated by a Team of CQ Master Facilitators, this newly updated program teaches you how to run the flagship Developing Cultural Intelligence Workshop in your own organization. This highly interactive program provides you with everything you need including a license, slide decks, examples and best practices. View additional resources.
