Designed to prepare participants to address and challenge bias immediately. This is a research-based course on how to effectively manage bias with cultural intelligence. The course can be used as a stand-alone course or as part of a blended learning approach.

In the CQ Credential: An Equity and Inclusion Masterclass, learners will dive deeply into their own Cultural Intelligence, note how their strengths and areas for growth relate to equity and inclusion, and see from the interactive reflection journal how to identify skills and behaviors that prepare them for success in the workplace. Participants who complete these steps are then awarded a digital credential they can link to their social networks and resumes to market their career-readiness
The CQ Credential Masterclass is a personalized online program developed by the Cultural Intelligence Center to provide a foundation for individuals interested in improving their interpersonal effectiveness.
