Marsha Ramroop trained and was certified in the CQ framework in 2018 with Dr. David Livermore. She has been delivering CQ in a strategic organizational context ever since, as well as delivering assessments and workshops.

Whilst Director of Inclusion for the Royal Institute of British Architects, Marsha’s CQ-based effective inclusive change work gained global recognition with an International Federation of Training and Development Organizations award.

Marsha can be seen as a panelist and presenter on multiple CQ Center webinars, and she continues to provide reflection and leadership on the application of cultural intelligence alongside our team, as well as being one of our Associate Facilitators.
