Event Overview
Our Implicit Bias* in Healthcare Training is a one-hour, facilitator-led online discussion on bias issues in the healthcare setting. It includes a short 5-minute survey and a certificate of completion. We offer multiple session dates and times for your convenience. The training complies with the State of Michigan LARA regulations for 1-hour health care implicit bias training. The training focuses not only on recognizing bias in ourselves and others, but also on developing strategies to mitigate biased interactions.

Schedule & Objectives
The 1 hour training will include:
- Pre-Work: Short survey (5 minutes prior to the training)
- Facilitator-led online discussion (60 minutes of interactive training)
- Post survey (5 minutes after the training is complete)
- Certificate of Completion
Fees & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable once you have registered. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we are happy to offer a one-time free transfer to another session date.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop session 30 days out. Full refunds will be given if we do so.
