CQ Retreat 2022 – Chicago Mastermind session

Are you interested in learning more about Cultural Intelligence (CQ)? Want to meet with CQ experts or other CQ Certified Facilitators? The CQ Center’s Mastermind and Networking session is for participants new to Cultural Intelligence and those who want to go deeper. We’ll discuss how DEI initiatives and CQ work together for more effective outcomes, and how to build CQ within your organization.

The Mastermind and Networking session is on Tuesday, June 7^th. This one-day conference features keynote speeches, panel member Q&A, and breakout sessions on DEI initiatives and how CQ fits in, equity in the workplace, and making the case for CQ.

The Mastermind session will feature keynote speeches by:

Marquis Miller – the first Chief Diversity Officer for the City of Chicago
Anne Marie Benedicto – DEI Thought Leader and a Expert in High Reliability, Safety Culture, and Performance Improvement in Healthcare

You may also wish to attend a CQ Certification, CQ Train-The-Trainer or Unconscious Bias Train-the-Trainer course in conjunction with the Mastermind session. If you are interested, please visit our Chicago Retreat page.

Registration Fees: $299 for the Mastermind Session

Full payment is due upon registration or within 10 business days of receiving an invoice and is non-refundable. CQ Center will not ship any course materials until registration is paid in full. We cannot guarantee receipt of course materials if registration is paid fewer than 30 days prior to the course start, but we will attempt to send them in time.

We reserve the right to cancel a certification session 30 days out. Full refunds will be given if we do so.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Full payment is due upon registration or within 10 business days of receiving an invoice. CQ Center will not ship any course materials until registration is paid in full. We cannot guarantee receipt of course materials if registration is paid fewer than 30 days prior to the course start, but we will attempt to send them in time.

Transfer Policy

Registration tuition is nonrefundable. However, we will allow a registrant the one-time option to transfer their registration to another available session within one calendar year, so long as written (email) notice is provided to the CQ Center 10 days prior to the course start date. If a registrant provides less than 10 days’ notice of a transfer request, an administrative fee of $250 USD will be assessed.

If a registrant fails to attend a course and no notice is provide before the course start, that individual will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration."
