Want to learn how leading organizations utilize CQ to address Inclusive Leadership?

As part of their research, Deloitte*, one of the world’s largest global consulting firms, recognized cultural intelligence as one of the Signature Six Traits of the lnclusive Leader.

We couldn’t agree more. CQ is core to Inclusive Leadership. In fact, CQ is what gives leaders the skills and confidence to effectively lead diverse teams.

Join us for our upcoming webinar on “CQ and Inclusive Leadership.”

Dr. Sandra Upton, VP of Global Diversity Practice, will be joined by a panelists of CQ and Leadership Experts from Harvard to the CEO of a global consulting firm in Switzerland.

Participants will learn:

1) What Inclusive Leadership Is and Why CQ Matters
2) The Characteristics of an Inclusive Leader with high CQ
3) The Consequences when CQ is missing
4) Best Practices for Including Everyone

Pro Tip:
Using CQ to Build a DEI Organization

Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, is the foundation and strategic link to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).  As you develop and execute your DEI initiatives within your organization, we recommend doing it one step (or block) at a time. Remember, it’s a journey.
