Intro to CQ Presentation

Objective: To inspire individuals to see the relevance of cultural intelligence to their lives and work and to provide a brief introduction to the CQ model. [Dave has presented this material in dozens of different contexts - including groups of 25 leaders at a time and in plenary conference sessions to several thousand participants.]

CQ 101 Workshop (1 Day)

Objective: To give individuals a working understanding of CQ to demonstrate its practical application to life and work.

Leading with Cultural Intelligence (2 Days)

Objective: To offer organizational leaders a strong understanding of how to assess and develop CQ in themselves and develop CQ in themselves and others and to discover the management implications of leading with cultural intelligence.

Leading with Cultural Intelligence Module (3-4 Days)

Objective: To give leaders a rich understanding of the cultural intelligence model and research, to interact about the implications of CQ to leadership, and to leave with a developmental plan for enhancing cultural intelligence in themselves and their organizations. [This can be done as a graduate-level module or a professional development course].
